Why did we start with Hungarian wines?

Hungary is a country with a lot of tradition in the wine industry dating hundreds of years. Some wines like Tokaji were amongst the exclusive goods royal families enjoyed in the 19^th century. Unfortunately, after World War II, communism struck the country badly, placing them in a poor economical and commercial position. For years they were isolated, until the regime finally left the country in 1989, however the wine tradition remained a well-kept secret.
