Das Familien-Weingut Giribaldi wurde bereits zu Beginn des 20ten Jahrhunderts gegründet und wird heute in der dritten Generation fortgeführt. Giribaldi fing bereits im Jahr 2001 damit an, ihre Weinberge auf biologische Landwirtschaft umzustellen. Die Flora und Fauna zu respektieren und zu beschützen, hat sich die Familie Giribaldi als eines der wichtigsten Ziele gesetzt.
