Why did we start selling Hungarian wine?

Hungary is a country with a centuries-old tradition in the wine industry. Some types of wine, such as the Tokaji, were among the exclusive goods that royal families enjoyed in the 19th century. Unfortunately, communism hit the country hard after the end of World War II and put it in a bad economic situation. Hungary was isolated for many years until the regime left the country in 1989. To this day, however, the wine tradition remains a well-kept secret. We are impressed by the unique taste of these still relatively undiscovered wines and would therefore like to share them with our customers first.
