Der Herstellungsprozess führt zu einer unwiderstehlich intensiven Farbe und einem wunderbaren vollen Geschmack nach roten Früchten. Die Hauptaromen erinnern an Erdbeeren und Kirschen. Die Kombination aus fruchtigem Pinot Noir, der Tiefe und Würze des Syrah und der Komplexität des Kékfrankos führen zu einem ausgeglichenen und gleichzeitig intensiven Geschmack ab dem ersten Schluck. Ein Wein, der nicht so schnell in Vergessenheit gerät.
Das kleine Weingut ValiBor befindet sich in den Bergen von Badacsonyörs, einer Region am westlichen Plattensee. Der Besitzer, Péter Vali, wuchs in der Welt der Gastronomie auf und träumte schon als kleines Kind davon, eines Tages seine eigenen Weine herzustellen. Sein Traum erfüllte sich im Jahr 2010, als er mit der Hilfe und Unterstützung seiner Familie sein Weingut gründete. Heute produziert ValiBor bereits mehr als 10 unterschiedliche Sorten Wein.

This Rosé is a very special one since it is fermented with its skin for full 24 hours. This process leaves it with a compelling intense color and a wonderful rich taste of red fruits. The most present aromas remind of strawberries and cherries. The combination of the fruity Pinot Noir, the depth and spices of the Syrah and the complexity of the Kékfrankos lead to a balanced and yet intense taste from the first sip. A wine that you will for sure remember.
The small winery ValiBor is located in the hills of Badacsonyörs, a region on the west side of lake Balaton. The owner, Péter Vali, grew up in the world of gastronomy and dreamed of producing his own wines since he was a small child. Eventually, his dream came true in 2010 when he started his wine business with the help and support of his family. Today they produce already more than 10 different wine varieties.
